LAS VEGAS, Calif. - Angela Bagasbas continued UC Irvine's individual success, placing fifth at The Show at Spanish Trail.

Bagasbas had a career-best fifth place finish, carding a 217 (72-70-75). The senior, who led the tournament field in par 3 scoring (-2), recorded 10 birdies over 54 holes. She was also tied for fifth in par 4 scoring (+3).

Lyford placed in a tie for 55^th with a three-round total of 230 (75-75-80), while Megan Yang was tied for 64^th with a score of 233 (73-76-84). Freshmen Charlotte Ryoo (74-79-85) and Nicole Zhang (75-81-82) each recorded a score of 238.

Bagasbas had the second Top 5 finish for an Anteater in the first two tournaments, following Sienna Lyford's second place performance at The Valley Invitational last week.
UCI totaled a three-round score of 915 (294-300-321) and finished in 14^th place.

The Anteaters were second best in the tournament field in Par 3 scoring (+9).
