COMPLIMENTARY PARKING PASSES

To manage drop off and pick up of campers, please read through the confirmation email you will receive prior to the camp start date. Drop off and pick-up will take place at the Mesa Parking Structure or specified location. 

**No complimentary permits will be available for clinics during Fall, Winter or Spring**

Please note that there are two kiosks at the Mesa Parking Structure.  The main kiosk is located on the lower level.
DAY PARKING PASSES

Parents/Guardians may spectate but must purchase a parking permit from a kiosk after their complimentary pass has expired..

Purchasing permits for parking is the responsibility of the camp participant.  Those who do not comply with the Transportation Services guidelines are subject to citation. The Camps Office does not accept responsibility for citations which fall outside these parameters.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From Los Angeles - 5 Freeway South
5 Freeway South to 55 Freeway South to 73 Freeway South, exit at University Drive. Turn left on University Drive, proceed to Mesa Road. At Mesa Road turn right. Parking:...turn right into Mesa Parking Structure located adjacent to the Bren Events Center.

From Long Beach - 405 Freeway South
405 Freeway South to 73 Freeway South, exit at University Drive. Turn left on University Drive, proceed to Mesa Road. At Mesa Road turn right.
Parking:...turn right into Mesa Parking Structure located adjacent to the Bren Events Center.

From South Orange County/San Diego
405 Freeway North. Take the University /Jeffrey exit and turn left on University Drive. Proceed on University approximately three miles to Mesa Road and turn left (the next light after Campus Drive). Parking:...Turn right into the Mesa Parking Structure located adjacent to the Bren Center.

From Riverside/San Bernardino
91 Freeway to 55 Freeway to 405 South, Exit at Jamboree Road. Turn right (west), proceed to Campus Drive. At Campus Drive turn left, proceed to West Peltason, turn right. Proceed to Mesa Road and turn right. Parking:...turn left into Mesa Parking Structure located adjacent to the Bren Events Center.

UC IRVINE ATHLETICS CAMPS & CLINICS ARE OPEN TO ANY AND ALL PARTICIPANTS, BUT SPACE IS LIMITED AND ARE FILLED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
Discounts/Promotions
  • JR. ANTEATER MEMBERSHIP: Under this discount, campers can receive 10% off per camp session for camps and clinics. All Jr. Anteater registrations will be appropriately verified by our Camps Staff prior to the camp start day.
     
  • UCI FACULTY/STAFF: including UCI MEDICAL STAFF can receive 10% off per camp session. All faculty/staff registrations will be appropriately verified by our Camps Staff prior to the camp start day. Customers will no longer have to contact camps office prior to making a payment to redeem the discount.

  • UCI ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT: CALL/EMAIL CAMP OFFICE BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT TO REDEEM. Under this discount, campers can receive 10% off per camp session for camps and clinics. A photocopy of the alumni membership card (badge, ID Card) must be emailed (camps@uci.edu) or faxed (949-824-9353) to the camps office prior to purchasing the camp. The Camps Staff will send a promotional code to register for the desired camp/s. To qualify for this discount, the ACCOUNT HOLDER must be a part of the UCI ALUMNI ASSOCIATION.

Refund Policy

There is a 10% cancellation fee for ALL cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the first day of camp. If cancellation for any reason including medical is made within two weeks of the start of camp, there is a 25% cancellation fee. All cancellation requests must be made in writing by 5pm on the day before the start of camp. No refunds will be issued for cancellation after this time.

 Any requests to transfer must be done within the SAME SPORT & SAME CAMP SEASON (June-August) with the request made one week prior to the start of camp.
 All cancellation and transfer requests can be sent to the Camp Office at camps@uci.edu. 

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY REFUND/TRANSFER REQUESTS WILL BE APPROVED. 
Health Care & Insurance
Each camper must provide their own insurance. Parents or guardians will be billed for any medical care given at the UCI Medical Center or at hospital facilities. Athletic trainers are on duty to administer First Aid for minor injuries or sickness. Camp medical staff is no responsible for administering prescribed medication.
