| COMPLIMENTARY PARKING PASSES |
|
To manage drop off and pick up of campers, please read through the confirmation email you will receive prior to the camp start date. Drop off and pick-up will take place at the Mesa Parking Structure or specified location. **No complimentary permits will be available for clinics during Fall, Winter or Spring** Please note that there are two kiosks at the Mesa Parking Structure. The main kiosk is located on the lower level. |
| DAY PARKING PASSES |

Parents/Guardians may spectate but must purchase a parking permit from a kiosk after their complimentary pass has expired.. Purchasing permits for parking is the responsibility of the camp participant. Those who do not comply with the Transportation Services guidelines are subject to citation. The Camps Office does not accept responsibility for citations which fall outside these parameters. |

| Refund Policy |

There is a 10% cancellation fee for ALL cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the first day of camp. If cancellation for any reason including medical is made within two weeks of the start of camp, there is a 25% cancellation fee. All cancellation requests must be made in writing by 5pm on the day before the start of camp. No refunds will be issued for cancellation after this time. Any requests to transfer must be done within the SAME SPORT & SAME CAMP SEASON (June-August) with the request made one week prior to the start of camp.
All cancellation and transfer requests can be sent to the Camp Office at camps@uci.edu.
THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY REFUND/TRANSFER REQUESTS WILL BE APPROVED. |
| Health Care & Insurance |
| Each camper must provide their own insurance. Parents or guardians will be billed for any medical care given at the UCI Medical Center or at hospital facilities. Athletic trainers are on duty to administer First Aid for minor injuries or sickness. Camp medical staff is no responsible for administering prescribed medication. |
