Kong Named To CSC Academic All-District At-Large Team

IRVINE, Calif. – Women's golf Katelyn Kong has been named to the 2025-26 Academic All-District® At-Large team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizing the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.
The CSC Academic All-America® program honors student-athletes for having have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average, and athletically must have competed in at least 90% of the team's total games played or have started at least 66% of the team's total games played.
Kong led the Anteaters with a 72.75 scoring average over 24 rounds. She was a second-team All-Big West honoree and was named Big West Golfer of the Month for October after firing a career-low 67 on the first round of the Golf Iconic Classic. On the year, the sophomore posted three Top 10 finishes, including a fourth-place performance at the Molly Collegiate Invitational (218).
