
UC Irvine Women's Golf Welcomes Zoe Sprecher

IRVINE, Calif. – UC Irvine women's golf coach Margo Dionisio announced Zoe Sprecher, a UCLA transfer, will be joining the Anteaters is 2026-27.
"We are thrilled to welcome Zoe to the Anteater family," Dionisio said. "She brings experience from a nationally recognized program, along with a strong competitive background and a proven ability to perform at a high level. What excites me most is her tremendous upside and work ethic. She will be a great addition for the upcoming season."
As a freshman last season, she played in two tournaments as an individual for the Bruins, finishing in a tie for 30th at the Bruin Wave Invitational (229) and in a tie for 47th place at the Pan Pacific University Super League Tournament (153).
Sprecher was prepped at Arcadia High School where she helped the team to a runner-up finish at the 2022 CIF State Girls High School Championship as a sophomore. She qualified for match play at the 2024 and 2025 California Women's Amateur Championships before falling in the Round of 32. She was the runner-up at the 2024 AJGA UHY Junior Open presented by Beau Hossler as well as at the 2023 Toyota Tours Cup Junior PGA Championship at Las Posas Country Club with round scores of 70-67 (-5).
