UC Irvine Sits In Seventh Place At Rainbow Wahine Invitational

KAPOLEI, O'ahu – UC Irvine is in seventh place after the first day of the Rainbow Wahine Invitational held at the Kapolei Golf Course.
The Anteaters logged a first round of 310 and are in seventh place with two days to go.
Senior Sienna Lyford leads the team with a score of 75 and is in 15th place. She had three birdies and was one-under on Par 3 holes, which was second among the tournament field.
Senior Angela Bagasbas shot a round of 77 and is tied for 23rd. Freshman Nicole Zhang is tied for 27th with a score of 78 followed by junior Megan Yang and junior Olivia Canales who are in 35th at 80.
UCI will tee off tomorrow morning beginning at 9:16 a.m.
