UC Irvine Wraps Up Action At Fresno State Classic

FRESNO, Calif. – UC Irvine concluded the Fresno State Classic held at the Copper River Country Club in 21st place.
The Anteaters had a team total of 946, opening with a round of 316 followed by two rounds of 315. UCI carded 23 birdies and 130 pars over the 54 holes.
Sophomore Jasmine Chen led UCI with a score of 233 (79-76-78), placing in a tie for 86th. Sophomore Kiana Briggs (80-78-79) and senior Megan Yang (77-79-81) tied for 99th place with a three round score of 237. Junior Charlotte Ryoo was 109th with a score of 239 (80-82-77), while junior Chanelle Hwang was 114th at 257 (88-86-83).
UCI will take a break until competing in the Big West Championships Apr. 14-16 at the Spanish Trail Country Club.
