UCI Takes 13th Place At Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational

TACOMA, Wash. -- UC Irvine finished 13^th at the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational hosted at the Tacoma Country Club.

The Anteaters shot a three-round total of 900 (298-294-308) to end the two-day tournament in 13^th place. Gonzaga and Nevada's Victoria Gailey took the tournament titles.

Senior Megan Yang shot a round of 79 Tuesday and finished in a tie for 21st place with a score of 221 (73-69). Her round of 69 was the third sub-70 round in six this season.

Freshman Jasmine Chen followed in a tie for 50^th, recording a 54-total of 227 (75-74-78).Sophomore Nicole Zhang was tied for 58^th position with a two-day score of 228 (74-75-79), while freshman Kiana Briigs (78-77-74) and sophomore Charlotte Ryoo (76-76-77) were tied for 63^rd place with a score of 229. Briggs had the best round of the day with a score of 74.

UCI will close out the fall schedule at The Clash at Boulder Creek Oct. 23-25 at the Boulder Creek Country Club.
