Junior Josh Farmer added a third-place showing at 164-04. The Anteaters also went 1-2 in the discus with Kyle Tsu finishing ahead of the pack with a personal-record 174-08, which puts him at No. 8 in school history. Freshman Jacob Hawkins impressed in his collegiate debut with a runner-up performance (168-11). Tsu (56-02.5) and junior Noah Holm (55-11.25) contributed second and third-place finishes in the shot put.
Senior Seth Enochs claimed runner-up honors in the long jump. Enochs took the lead on his second attempt where he registered his best mark of the day at 23-11. That distance kept him at No. 1 until the sixth and final round when UCLA's Harrison Schrage stole the individual victory with a leap of 24-04.25.
On the track, junior Malcolm Overbaugh registered lifetime-bests of 22.05 in the 200m (2nd) and 48.98 in the 400m (6th).
