Schuld Earns CSC Academic All-District Honor

IRVINE, Calif. - Fifth-year senior Joshua Schuld has been named to the 2026 CSC Academic All-District Men's Track & Field Team, selected by College Sports Communicators.
This is Schuld's second career honor as he was also recognized in 2025.
On the track, Schuld finished fourth in the steeplechase at the Big West Championships where he ran a personal-record 8:49.00. That time was fourth in school history and ranked 50th in the West Region in 2026. Earlier in the season, Schuld won the steeple at the Steve Scott Invitational and Triton Invitational. He added season-bests of 3:51.46 in the 1500m and 15:01.23 in the 5000m. Schuld recently graduated with a master's degree in business analytics.
To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District honors, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, maintain a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA, and be ranked in the top-50 in the region in a single event.
