2017 (Sophomore)
• Earned USTFCCCA second-team All-America honors with an 11th-place finish in the 800m at his first NCAA Championships
• Ran a personal-record 1:47.43 in the semifinal round to move up to No. 2 in program history
• Advanced to nationals by placing second in his heat and sixth overall at the NCAA West Preliminaries
• Also a member of the 4x400 relay team that qualified for the regional meet
• Big West champion in the 800m (1:49.96) and 4x400 relay (3:09.19)
• Went unbeaten in the 400m and 800m during the regular season
• Won the prestigious Mt. SAC Relays in a then lifetime-best 1:48.43
• Topped that performance the following week with a 1:48.22 to top a field of 59 athletes at the Steve Scott Invitational
• Finished ahead of the pack at the UCI Spring Collegiate Classic (1:49.14) and Big West Challenge (1:50.22)
• Added 400m victories at the Ben Brown Invitational and Mondo Team Challenge, running a career-best 46.82 at the latter meet
• Added four more regular-season victories as the anchor of the 4x400
• Four-time Big West Men’s Track Athlete of the Week
• Qualified for the USA Track & Field Championships and advanced to the 800m semifinals where he was 16th overall (1:47.96)

2016 (Freshman)
• Member of the Big West runner-up 4x400 relay that clocked in at 3:12.37
• Added a sixth-place finish in the 400m (48.14) at the conference meet
• Established a season-best 47.82 to come in fifth in the 400m at the Steve Scott Invitational
• Also helped the 4x400 to a second-place showing and a season-best 3:11.12
• Won the 400m and 4x400 at the UCI Spring Break Invitational and Anteater 4-Way Meet
• Ran one 800m race, crossing the finish line in 1:54.38 at the UCR Spring Invitational

High School
• Lettered in track & field at Cathedral Catholic High School
• CIF-Southern Section Division 3 runner-up in the 400m as a senior
• Went on to finish sixth at the CIF Masters Meet and seventh at the CIF State Championships
• Claimed the 2015 Del Rey League titles in the 400m, 800m and 4x400 relay
• Two-time state qualifier in the 4x400
• Won the 4x400 at the 2014 CIF-SS Division 3 Finals
