• Secured his third career USTFCCCA second-team All-America honor
• Finished 12th in the decathlon at the NCAA Championships (7,647)
• Set lifetime-bests in the pole vault (4.71m/15-5.5) and javelin (56.78m/186-3) at nationals
• Big West decathlon champion
• Had the top mark in the high jump, long jump and shot put at the conference meet

• Qualified for nationals with a season-best 7,588 points in a runner-up showing at the Bryan Clay Invitational
• Started the meet with a personal-record 10.62 in the 100m, which was the fastest in the field and tied for eighth in program history
• Also established collegiate lifetime bests in the 400m (47.80) and 1500m (4:37.11)
• Named the Big West Men’s Field Athlete of the Week for his effort
• Competed in four events at the conference championships
• Placed fourth in the long jump (23-09.5), sixth in the 110m hurdles with a personal-best 14.89 and fourth in the 4x400 relay
• Member of the 4x400 that finished first at the Beach Opener, UCSB Invitational, Challenge Cup and Steve Scott Invitational
• Earned USTFCCCA and Big West All-Academic honors

2021 (Sophomore)
• Earned USTFCCCA second-team All-America honors
• Finished 16th in the decathlon with 7,206 points at the NCAA Championships
• Won the decathlon at the APU Franson Classic Multis with a then personal-record and NCAA qualifying mark of 7,648 points
• That stood as the top mark in the Big West and ranked 14th in the nation for the season
• Set PRs in seven of the 10 events at APU
• Garnered All-Big West recognition in the 4x400 relay
• Helped the quartet to a season-best 3:12.73 for a runner-up finish at the conference meet
• Received all-academic distinction from the USTFCCCA and the Big West

2020
• Competed at the Beach Opener before the season was canceled
• Had a top-10 finish in the pole vault, clearing 13-10.50
• Member of the 4x400 relay that took third with a time of 3:17.70
• Also competed in the discus (115-03)

2019 (Freshman at Colorado)
• Member of the track & field team at Colorado as a true freshman
• Had a podium finish (3rd) in the decathlon at the Pac-12 Championships where he compiled a then personal-record 7,089 points
• Established season bests in the 100m (11.10), 110H (15.57w) and javelin (163-01) at the conference meet

High School
• Prepped at Rancho Bernardo High School in San Diego
• Won the decathlon at the 2018 Arcadia Invitational
• Set the San Diego Section all-time record with 6,963 points
• Two-time state champion and placed fourth at the 2017 USATF Junior Olympics
• Claimed the 300m hurdle title at the CIF-San Diego Section meet and went on to place fifth at the state championships as a senior
• Named the Palomar League Field Athlete of the Year in 2017 and 2018
• Helped his team to four-straight league titles
• Three-time San Diego Union Tribune All-Academic selection

Personal
• Working toward his master's degree in demographic and social analysis
• Graduated with a bachelor's degree in anthropology in 2023
• Father is a UC Irvine track & field alum, and still ranks among the program's top-10 in the long jump, triple jump, javelin and decathlon
• Mother competed in soccer and track at Cal Poly Pomona
