IRVINE, Calif. - Senior Liam Miksic will represent UC Irvine at the 2025 NCAA Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships, June 11-14, at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon. This is the second year in a row, and fourth time in the last five seasons the Anteaters have a national qualifier.

Miksic is set to make his first career NCAA Championship appearance. He will compete in the javelin on Wednesday at 5:15 p.m.

"It's going to be fun; (Oregon) has a really nice stadium," Miksic said. "There's no stress to this meet. For regionals, I was trying to qualify. Nationals, there's nothing I'm really chasing after. I'm just looking to end my year off with a big throw. I'll be happy if I make top nine, but if not, I know I still had a great year."
