Thoughts from Head Coach Scott Juniper
"This season was an adventure, like it always is, but this had so many twists and turns.  Beating Cal in front of a sellout crowd was a massive start but we stumbled in a few games after that.  Sliding into the playoffs late was a humbling experience and the team just caught fire after that.  When it was win or go home this team found another level.  To follow last year's historic season with a run to the sweet sixteen is a huge achievement for these players and I am excited to see where they go from here."

Now in 2022, UCI takes down No. 14 USC, 2-0, led by Destinee Manzo's 16th-minute goal, Glo Hinojosa's career high eight saves and shutout, and capped by Alyssa Moore's fifth goal of the year in the 88th minute
