BY THE NUMBERS
3 - O'Brien has a point in three games in her career, twice via goals in the 23rd and 36th minutes, and once via assist, in the 48th minute, and all three instances have come in wins with two coming last season (Fresno State, UCSB) and one as a freshman (Pacific)
13 - Her main emphasis comes on the defensive end where she's been a part of 13 clean sheets in her career the most coming as a junior with six
4,485 - Currently the team career leader in minutes with 4,485 and the only player to put up over 1,000 minutes in all three of her seasons that includes 1,989 as a freshman to lead the squad
Haley O'Brien is the model of consistency within the program. Over 1,000 minutes in three straight seasons, a fortified pillar as a center back, and steps in as an offensive threat on occasion adding some height and strength in the box. Fans have seen her grow over the years, and her personality has begun to shine through onto the field. As part of the three-headed captaincy this year, once again the Anteaters get some blue and gold at the top with a mixture of her blue-collared temperament and golden-bright positivity.
