Anteater Newcomer: Allison Rabe

IRVINE, Calif.-- UC Irvine women's soccer brings on a second Nevada-native in defender Allison Rabe.

Rabe isn't just a defender, her role is adaptive to how she can impact the game the most. She also has some chemistry already with the Anteaters as she joins the program with Olivia Stark which the two share a hometown, high school, and club team out of Nevada. Rabe played as a center back for Faith Lutheran High School, left back on her club team at Rebels SC Las Vegas, and also earned time on the wing and as a forward. She even made rosters for the Olympic Developmental Pool on the Interregional roster in the West and part of the National Select Team in 2026.
"Allie is another hybrid player who can play a number of roles. In the back, she can impact centrally or on the left. Allie can also impact the game in the forward line. Regardless of where she plays Allie has an opportunity to make an impact on day one." - head coach Scott Juniper
