Anteater Newcomer: Ella Brinkerhoff

IRVINE, Calif.-- UC Irvine women's soccer announces another member of their incoming class for the 2026 season in Ella Brinkerhoff.

Brinkerhoff grew up in Mission Viejo and was a four-year star at nearby Capistrano Valley High School. There she was named Second Team All-South Coast League as a freshman. She's also a striker in every sense of the word backed up by leading her team in scoring this past season. On top of the soccer skills, she was a scholar-athlete all four years as well.
Brinkerhoff made her way on the club scene with Pateadores and was part of the National ID Camp pool for the U.S. Youth National Team.
