CoCo Goodson is the only two-time All-American in women's soccer program history. She was on the MAC Hermann Award Watch List, and was the first Lowe's Senior CLASS Award candidate from the program.
Goodson was named Big West Defender of the Year twice along with the All-West Region and All-Big West First Team accolades. She played in all 45 matches as an Anteater starting 44 times. While a defender, she scored 12 times, including five game-winners which led the Big West in 2010. Goodson also added five assists for 29 career points.
She helped UCI reach two NCAA Tournaments with the Anteaters advancing to the third round in 2010 and then again in 2011. She was a member of two Big West regular season titles, highlighted by a perfect 8-0-0 record in conference play in 2010, a mark that has yet to be touched by any Big West school. The squad went 19-3-2 overall that year, setting the program's record for wins and longest unbeaten streak.
Goodson became the second Anteater drafted by the Women's Professional Soccer League going in the second round, 12th overall, by the Philadelphia Independence which would start her professional career that took her to the Netherlands and back to the United States with Sky Blue FC.
