Warde is one of the most decorated players in women's water polo history. The four-time All-American, was named Big West Player of the Year in 2014 after starting her career as the Big West Freshman of the Year in 2011.

The four-time first team All-Big West selection ranks fifth all-time in UCI goals with 203, which ranks eighth most in the Big West all-time. She ranks in the Top 10 in season goals with 60 in 2011 and 59 in 2014. Warde posted a career-high five goals seven times in her career and was named Big West Player of the Week five times.

With Warde on the squad, UCI won the Big West regular season all four years and advanced to the NCAAs each season. As a senior, Warde captained the Anteaters to a 21-9 overall record and a No. 5 national ranking in the final poll, then-the highest for the program. That year, UCI had a fifth-place finish in the NCAA Tournament. She was a Scholar-Athlete and recognized as the Lauds & Laurels Outstanding Student-Athlete in 2015.
