2019 (Freshman)
• Competed in four meets as a true freshman
• Registered a season-best 124-07 in the hammer throw at the UCI Spring Break Collegiate Classic
• Added a season-best 115-07 in the discus at the UCR Spring Track Classic
High School
• Won three letters in track & field at Warren High School
• San Gabriel Valley League runner-up in the shot put and discus as a senior
• Advanced to the CIF-Southern Section Division I Prelims in both events
• Finished third in the discus at the 2018 USATF Southern California Association Junior Olympic Championships
• Qualified for the USATF Hershey National Junior Olympic Championships (25th)
• Established personal-bests of 124-00 in the discus and 36-10.5 in the shot put

• Plans on majoring in biology
• Recipient of the National Society of High School Scholars Award
• Parents are Marisela Torres and Jose Luis Arias
• Has two older siblings, Vanessa Arias Morales and Jose Luis Arias Jr.
