Biography
2014 (Senior)
• Defended her Big West title in the javelin with a mark of 152-03
• Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Round
• Notched a personal-record 166-00 to win the event at the Beach Invitational
• That was the top mark since the javelin specifications changed in 1999, and ranks second overall in school history
• Added an individual victory at the Big West Challenge (135-03)
• Finished third at the Steve Scott Invitational (151-04) and fourth at the Cal-Nevada Championships (148-03)
2013 (Junior)
• NCAA West PReliminary qualifier and Big West champion in the javelin (147-02)
• Took first at the Beach Invitational with a season-best 149-02
2012 (Sophomore)
• Finished 10th in the heptathlon with 4,438 points at the Big West Championships
• Established season bests in the 200m (26.38), 800m (2:24.06), 100H (15.74) and long jump (16-05.25)
• Added season-bests of 4-11 in the high jump and 37-07.25 in the shot put at the UCI Spring Break Invitational
2011 (Freshman)
• Competed primarily in the 400m
• Clocked in with a season-best 59.24 at the Steve Scott Invitational
• Also ran 59.87 at the UCI Spring Break Invitational

• Graduated from West Ranch High School in 2010
• Lettered in soccer, softball and track & field
Personal
• Majoring in math with a concentration in education
• Part of the student teach program specializing in high school geometry
• Parents are April Eudy and Tom Surak
• Has two siblings, Ashley and Brandon
