OFF THE TEE
UC Irvine returns to action playing in the Bell Bank "Bay it Forward" Collegiate Monday and Tuesday at the Wigwam Golf Club.

Teams will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday with a shotgun start each day. Monday's action will tee-off at 7:30 a.m. and Tuesday at 7:00 a.m.

The Wigwam Blue Course plays as a par 71 and is 6,373 yards.

Participating Teams: St. Thomas, Western Michigan, Nebraska Omaha, Creighton, Florida Gulf Coast, Middle Tennessee State, Montana State Bozeman, South Florida, Utah Tech, North Dakota State, Grand Canyon, North Dakota and host Minnesota.

UC Irvine's lineup features Katelyn Kong, Jenny Chang, Alona Avery, Kiana Briggs and Chelsie Chin.

IN THE CLUBHOUSE
UCI finished seventh at the Bruin Wave Invitational with a score of 913 (308-302-303) on Feb. 24.

Sophomore Alona Avery led Anteaters in a tie for 24th place with a score of 225 (76-74-75), followed by sophomore Katelyn Kong a shot behind in a tie for 26^th at 226 (76-74-76).

Kong leads the Anteaters in scoring average at 72.92.
