SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The UC Irvine women's track & field team wrapped up action in the heptathlon at the UCSB Invitational Multis Thursday afternoon.

Sophomore
Jolie Robinson led a trio of Anteaters with a runner-up finish. Over the course of the two-day, seven-event competition, Robinson compiled a personal-record 5,025 points. She ranks eighth in program history after her first heptathlon at UCI.

In Thursday's events, Robinson had the top marks of the day in both the long jump (18-11.75) and javelin (119-05). She then closed out the meet with a lifetime-best 2:30.02 in the 800m.

Juniors
Shaelyn Amos (4,306) and
Chaselyn Amos (4,155) also established personal bests to finish fifth and seventh, respectively. Shaelyn notched personal records in the javelin (98-06) and 800m (2:31.32), while Chaselyn added a PR 2:30.91 in the 800m.
