IRVINE, Calif. – UC Irvine returns to action after a week off to host No. 7/7 UC Davis on the program's alumni weekend.

>UC Irvine enters the week ranked 9th in the CWPA Weekly Poll
>UCI is slated ninth in the new Association of College Water Polo Coaches poll
>Sophomore Luka Krstic was named the Big West Player of the Week on Oct. 25 for his six goals, two assists, and three steals in a 2-0 week for UC Irvine
>The Anteaters will battle No. 7/7 UC Davis on Saturday who are undefeated (3-0) in conference play
>UC Davis split their weekend, defeating Cal State Fullerton 17-8 before falling in Palo Alto to Stanford, 17-12
>The Aggies enter the Saturday meeting with an 15-7 record, 3-0 in conference action
>After their trip to Irvine, UC Davis will only play one more game in the 2023 regular season
>No. 9/9 UC Irvine is the only team in the conference going into the weekend on a win streak

>Stewart Campbell assisted on four goals, dishing out two in each contest
>Jack Stevens was consistent with his points, scoring one goal each in both games and recording an assist in each as well
>Johann Thrall helped Krstic lead the team with goals, tallying six along with two steals
>Thrall had two consecutive hat-tricks over the week
>Zachary Baxter, Jasper Dale, and Wyley Dale all scored two goals apiece versus the Warriors
>Garrett Selby started in the game against Westcliff and played the whole 32 minutes in the cage at the Gauchos place
>Selby finished the week with 15 total saves, two wins, one assist, and two steals
>Selby's 11 saves at UCSB tied his career high that he first set on Sept. 30 versus LMU
>Jacob Plye saw 19 minutes of action in the net against Westcliff, recording four saves, three assists, and two steals
>Tyler Padua leads the league in field blocks with 11 in 19 games played
