UC Irvine welcomed Amanda Winninghoff as a Compliance Intern in May of 2018. In October of 2018, Winninghoff joined the Academic & Student Services Department, where she currently serves as the Academic & Life Skills Coordinator providing direct support to the Baseball, Men’s Golf, Men’s Soccer, Women’s Volleyball, and Women’s Water Polo programs.
Prior to coming to UCI, Winninghoff most recently served as a Graduate Assistant in the compliance office at Concordia University (Irvine)
While working in the hospitality industry from 2014-2017, Winninghoff found her way back to her alma mater and entered the world of collegiate athletics. She served as a Student-Athlete Mentor assisting the CSU San Marcos Athletics Department while building a foundation in academic and student services from 2014-2015.
A San Diego native, Winninghoff earned her BS in Kinesiology from CSU San Marcos and was a member of the Club Lacrosse team. In 2018, she received her M.A. in Coaching & Athletics Administration from Concordia University (Irvine).
