Tayyiba Haneef-Park is in her fourth year as the Director of Administration for the UC Irvine women's basketball program. 

Haneef-Park was a three-time Olympian with the U.S. Women's Volleyball National Team (2004, 2008, 2012). She helped the Americans win a Silver Medal at the 2008 Beijing Games and the 2012 London Games. The 6-foot-7 opposite/outside hitter also led the U.S. to numerous podium finishes at the FIVB World Cup and the FIVB World Grand Prix, including a gold medal in 2012. Haneef-Park played professionally overseas in Italy, Japan, Russia, Turkey and Azerbaijan.

At the collegiate level, Haneef-Park was a redshirt freshman on Long Beach State's 1998 NCAA Championship team that went a perfect 36-0. Then, as a senior, the AVCA first-team All-American led the 49ers back to the title match where they fell to Stanford and finished the year with a 33-1 record. Haneef-Park was also a three-time All-American high jumper on the track & field team, while competing at the 2000 U.S. Olympic Trials. She graduated with a degree in speech communications in 2001, and was inducted into the LBSU Athletic Hall of Fame in 2008.

Haneef-Park prepped at Laguna Hills High School where she lettered in volleyball, basketball and track & field. She was named the 1997 California Athlete of the Year.
