HOURS
Office Hours: Tuesday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Event Day hours vary by event, but typically commence at least one hour prior to event time.
Ticket Office is closed for any UCI observed holidays, unless otherwise noted.
LOCATION
The Bren Ticket Office is located at the intersection of Mesa Road and West Peltason Drive, outside the East Entrance of the Bren Events Center. Fifteen minute courtesy parking is available on non-event days in the Bren Events Center turnaround for patrons making ticket purchases or ticket pick-ups.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Ticket purchases can be made online, over the phone, or in person at the Ticket Office.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Ticket Office accepts the following forms of payment at the Ticket Office: cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges, or cancelations are permitted once your order is complete.
PARKING INFORMATION
Daily parking permits are required at all times on the campus of UC Irvine. Permits rates vary by day and can be purchased in advance via Pay by Plate or from parking attendants on site or kiosks in the parking structures
