IRVINE, Calif. - The UC Irvine women's track & field team wrapped up action at the Steve Scott Invitational Saturday at Anteater Stadium.
The Anteaters started action on the track with a victory in the 4x100 relay. Jazzmine Davis, Halle Sutherland, Samantha Bartz, and Catalina Teran crossed the finish line in a season-best 44.60, just .09 seconds off the school record.
Davis also won the 100m hurdles in 13.52 seconds. It was her third 100H victory of the season. Jolie Robinson also came in fifth with a season-best 14.26, while Sarah Ajayi (14.28) and Kendall Jordan (14.75) both placed among the top-10.
Esmeray Demirbas finished ahead of the pack in the 400m hurdles, clocking in at 59.20. It was her third 400H win in 2026.
Halle Sutherland ran a season-best 23.80 to come in second overall, and first among collegiate athletes in the 200m. Samantha Bartz wasn't far behind in third with a personal-record 23.87. Bartz moved up to No. 4 in school history.
Aoife Hernon took second in the 400m (54.31), and Ihe Okoh was fifth (55.61).
Kaitlene Ofilan was the runner-up in the 1500m Open with a lifetime-best 4:40.79. Arden Keeton added a PR 4:47.35 to take fifth.
Catalina Teran had a top-eight showing in a 100m field of 43 athletes. Teran posted an 11.78, while Faith McLeary notched a personal-best 12.08.
Kaitlin Kenney led four 'Eaters in the 800m Open with a fourth-place showing (2:17.12). Liana Lee (2:18.72) and Cynthia Herrera (2:20.91) both contributed a personal record.
Nyla Baker placed fourth in the discus with a personal-record 53.37 meters (175-1). She saw a nearly five-foot improvement on her No. 2 mark in program history. Elisabeth Driscoll added a lifetime-best 45.97m (150-10).
Baker was also the top collegiate finisher, and second overall, in the shot put with a toss of 15.04m (49-4.25). Pinkie Schnayer came in fifth at 14.36m (47-1.5).
Alana Sugue cleared 3.86 meters (12-6) to claim runner-up honors in the pole vault.
UC Irvine will kick off the Big West Championships with the heptathlon, May 8-9, at Anteater Stadium.
