IRVINE, Calif. – The UC Irvine women's tennis team continued play at the UCI Fall Invitational on Friday.

The Anteaters dominated on the second day of the tournament, winning every match they played and taking home four singles victories alongside three doubles wins.

Lindsay Kim stood out on the singles side of the hidden-dual format tournament, sweeping her opponent 6-0 in two sets played on Friday. Bella Pitchford, Mackenzie Lukin and Ari Vanetsyan all took home singles victories alongside Kim — all players recorded their wins in two sets. 

Combinations of Lukin/Pitchford, Vanetsyan/Sayuri Parandian and Quin Brady/Maily Huynh also won doubles matches for the Anteaters on Friday. Lukin and Pitchford combined for a shutout 6-0 victory to highlight a dominant day for UC Irvine on the second of three days at the UCI Fall Invitational.

UCI will look to close out the invitational with another strong day as play ends on Saturday, Nov. 1.
