- Titan keeper came out of his box to cut it off, but arrived at the same time as the oncoming duel
- The ball ricocheted off all three players and slipping through to Lyons who continued his run and he was able to tap home a goal into an empty net for a 1-0 lead

- The offensive pressure continued as the second half began
- UCI earned two more corners in the first four minutes and had a pair of shots that never made it through

- Everything evened up in the 69th minute as the Titans play in a ball along the right wing
- A pass back from the endline went to Grado who created some space and shot back toward the near post just finding some daylight on a roller by the diving O'Shaughnessy to tie it, 1-1

- UCI's five draws on the season mark the sixth time the program has had as many in one season, the only seasons with more were 2001 and 2008 when UCI finished with six in each
- The four consecutive draws in an Anteater men's soccer record. Only one time previously had UCI had even three consecutive draws which came in 2001
