
Megan Yang Celebrated By Big West

IRVINE, Calif. – Women's golfer Megan Yang was named second team All-Big West as voted on by the league coaches.
Yang led the Anteaters with a 74.63 scoring average over 24 rounds. She posted three rounds in the 60s this season, including a season-best 66 at the Colonel Wollenberg Ram Classic.
The senior had three top 10 finishes and two more in the Top 20. She finished second at the Colonel Wollenberg Ram Classic, the first tournament of the season with a score of 206. She ended the season with seventh-place performance at the Big West Championships (224). Yang was fifth at the Fresno State Classic to round out her top finishes.
It is Yang's first Big West selection and the 54th all-time for UC Irvine.
