IRVINE, Calif. -- No. 10 UC Irvine couldn't contain No. 6 Long Beach State in a 14-6 loss in the final Golden Coast Conference game at the Anteater Aquatics Center.
Long Beach State (20-8, 4-1) out-scored UCI 6-1 in the second period to break open the game.
The Anteaters (14-12, 2-3) were led by
Dylan Patist and
Zlatan Nikocevic with two goals each.
