0.80 - Glo Hinojosa's 0.80 GAA is the only in the Big West under 1.00 and tied for Big West best seven shutouts in 2022
 
· UCI had one match last week making the most of it with a 1-0 home win over CSUN. A goal 47 seconds into the second half was all the 'Eaters needed as another shutout did the rest. The teams finished with an even 12 shots apiece and 15 corners between the squads matched the most in a UCI match this season.
· Senior Day was Thursday with six 'Eaters honored - Hannah Roberts, Halli Stewart, Alyssa Moore, Erin Covey, Gianna Creighton, and Chloe Ragon.
· Seniors had a lot to do with Thursday's outcome starting with the game-winning goal by Alyssa Moore. It was her third goal of 2022, eighth of her career, and three career game-winning goal coming in each of her last three goals.
· Fellow senior Gianna Creighton earned an assist on the goal setting up Aislynn Crowder with the primary assist for the senior connection Thursday
· The string of shutouts for the Anteater defense ended on Long Beach State's 66th minute strike. The shutout streak reached 281:49 spanning five matches. The team put up a record shutout streak of 554:57 at the end of the 2021 season. Glo Hinojosa got back on the shutout train Thursday vs. CSUN for her Big West-best seventh of 2022 and 17th of her career, and back on a 114:54 shutout streak
· The Anteaters have a trio of players that reached 50 career matches this season, something 92 Anteaters have reached all-time. Destinee Manzo played her 50th matchup at UC Davis scoring the equalizer in a 2-2 match. Gianna Creighton and Maddy Chavez each hit 50 matches Sunday along with posting a shutout vs. CSUB
· Anteater Stadium welcomed in 1,032 fans vs. LBSU, a second crowd of 1,000+ for women's soccer and third in the stadium between men and women. Women's soccer has now had 11 crowds of over 1,000 in its history. Following Thursday's win, UCI led the conference with 6,882 total fans this year and an average of 765 per game which led all teams with over five home matches.
· Thursday night sends UCI to UC Santa Barbara. The Gauchos were in the hunt in 2021, but a 3-8-6 record and nine Big West points have them chasing a tournament spot. The goals have mostly come from Lauren Helwig (5 G) and Meg Burling (4 G).
· The final road test is at Cal Poly for a noon kickoff. The Mustangs are back in form after sharing the 2021 title. CP is 7-6-2 and 14 points have them in the hunt for the Big West title with LBSU coming in Thursday while the Mustangs have shutout their last four opponents. Camille Lafaix is back with four goals this year and flanked by Peja Balanon and Megan Hansen each scoring three times.
