Anteaters Continue Play at LMU Invitational

LOS ANGELES - The UC Irvine men's tennis team went up against Utah in singles and host Loyola Marymount in doubles Saturday afternoon at the LMU Invitational.
 
Matthew Sah picked up his second singles win of the weekend, defeating the Utes' Rian Ta in three sets. After dropping the opener, Sah took control for the 1-6, 7-5, 6-1 victory. Thomas Smart also upended Charlie Spina, 6-2, 4-6, 6-2.
 
In doubles, the freshman pairing of Rithvik Krishna and Noah Zamora earned the win, taking down LMU's Charles Roberts/Emin Torlic, 6-4.  
 
The Anteaters are back in action tomorrow, closing out their fall season with the final day of the LMU Invite. They are slated to face LMU in singles and Utah State in doubles.
