BOISE, Idaho – UC Irvine locked down to secure a 69-60 win over Boise State Friday evening at ExtraMile Arena.
With the win, UCI improves to 3-1 on the season while BSU falls to 1-2 overall.
The Anteaters shot 49.2 percent (29-59) from the floor overall and held the Broncos to 30.9 percent (17-55) overall.

> The Broncos would cut the lead to single digits until Worku drained a three-pointer to start a 10-3 run for the 'Eaters that put them up 29-14 with 6:58 remaining
> UCI outscored BSU 8-6 down the stretch to take a 14-point, 28-24, lead into the locker rooms
