UC Irvine continues a tough road stretch facing two power-five schools in No. 25 Colorado (Pac-12) and TCU (Big-12). The Anteaters play Colorado Monday, Nov. 18 at 6 p.m. PT before facing TCU Thursday, Nov. 21 at 5 p.m. PT.

OPENING TIPS
> The Anteaters improved to 3-1 on the season after a pair of wins last week. UCI beat NAIA's Life Pacific, 98-52, before going on the road to win at Boise State, 69-60

> Last season, UCI earned two wins against Power Five including a road win at Texas A&M, 74-73, and Kansas State, 70-64, at the NCAA Tournament

> The Anteaters last won against a ranked team in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, March 22 2019. UCI beat No. 18/14 Kansas State, 70-64. The 'Eaters are 9-63 all-time against ranked opponents and 1-13 in the Russell Turner era. UCI last beat a ranked team on the road Nov. 19 2005 against No. 15 Stanford, 79-63

> The Anteaters are 15-3 in road games over the last two seasons. UCI snapped its nine-game road win streak with the loss to Pepperdine. Nine road wins was tied for second most in the country. The 'Eaters had not lost on the road since Dec. 29, 2018 at Pacific

> Senior Evan Leonard is approaching the 1,000 career points milestone. He currently sits at 976 points

> UCI is ranked No. 15 in this week's edition of the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major poll. The 'Eaters entered the year ranked No. 14

> Head Coach Russell Turner is seven wins away from becoming UCI's all-time winningiest coach, surpassing Pat Douglass (197 wins)

ROAD WIN IN BOISE
> UCI attacked from the start leading BSU for the entire 40 minutes to secure a 69-60 road win
> Eyassu Worku, Brad Greene and Collin Welp led the 'Eaters in scoring with 15, 14 and 12 points, respectively
> UCI held the Broncos to just 30.9 percent shooting (17-55) overall and outscored BSU 30-20 in the paint
> 10 different Anteaters scored in the win as UCI's bench outscored BSU's 24-1

ABOUT THE BUFFALOES
> CU is 2-0 on the season with wins against Arizona State, 81-71, and San Diego, 71-53
> The Buffs are ranked No. 25 in the AP Poll released Nov. 11
> D'Shawn Schwartz leads CU with 15.0 ppg followed by Tyler Bey (14.5 ppg) and McKinley Wright (14 ppg). Bey also leads the team with 11 rebounds per game and three blocks. CU is averaging 76 ppg and holding opponents to 62 ppg
> This will mark the eighth meeting between UCI and CU as the Anteaters have never won a game against the Buffaloes. They will play eachother for the first time under the Russell Turner era and for the first time since 2005 when CU won a 96-80 decision
> Head coach Tad Boyle has a 191-123 record at CU in his 10th season

ABOUT THE HORNED FROGS
> TCU is 2-0 on the season with wins over Southwestern, 83-62, and Louisiana, 98-65. The Horned Frogs will play Air Force on Monday before UCI makes its stop in Fort Worth
> Through two games, Desmond Bane is averaging 24 points per game while RJ Nembhard averages 15 ppg. Kevin Samuel is averaging 12 rebounds per game and has 10 blocks. TCU is averaging 90.5 ppg and holding opponents to 63.5 ppg
> UCI and TCU will meet for the second time in program history. The Anteaters won the only meeting with the Horned Frogs by a score of 83-75 (Nov. 26, 1988)
> Head coach Jamie Dixon is in his fourth year coaching his alma mater and boasts a 70-41 at TCU. He is 398-164 (.707) in his career

SENIOR LEADERS
> Through four games, seniors Evan Leonard, Eyassu Worku and Tommy Rutherford leads the 'Eaters in scoring with 15, 13 and 9 ppg, respectively
> Worku, Leonard, Tommy Rutherford and John Edgar Jr. have all played together since they were all sophomores in 2017-18. The four seniors have started a combined 227 games
> Rutherford is shooting a team-best 78.9% (15-19) from the floor while Worku is 61.5% from three-point range

BRAD IS BACK
> Coming off a redshirt season in 2018-19, RS junior Brad Greene is making an immediate impact for UCI. He leads the team with 6.8 rebounds per game and is fourth in scoring (10.5 ppg). Greene is shooting 67.9 percent from the floor. He recorded a career-high 10 rebounds against Life Pacific (Nov. 15) and a season-high 14 points against Boise State (Nov. 15)
