RIVERSIDE, Calif. --- UC Irvine wrapped up action in the UCR Spring Classic at Riverside Saturday.

Rebecka Miranda finished second in the triple jump at 38-3 ½, Lauren Ellison was fourth (37-0 ¼) and Danika Hitchcock fifth (36-11 ½).

Marisa McGinnis placed second in the javelin throw at 125-3 while teammate Kelly Magana was seventh with a mark of 112-7.

Ariel Cheng finished third in the pole vault at 12-5 ½ and Lucy Phan placed seventh at 11-5 ¾, tying her No. 6 mark in UCI history.

Tyra Jones was fourth in the 100-meter hurdles in 14.83 while Kylie Cordero finished seventh in the high jump at 4-11, as did Bridget Devaney in the hammer throw at 170-10.

The Anteaters' 4x400 relay of Taisyn Crutchfield, Brenna McNulty, Persis William-Mensah and Saniya Syed also placed seventh with a time of 3:58.31.

Aliya Shah finished eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 13:33.11 and William-Mensah was ninth in the 200 meters with a time of 25.55.

UCI finished eighth in the team competition with 50.5 points.
