PROVIDENCE, R.I. --- Lovre Milos scored six goals, three in each half, and Jacob Mourer added four to lead eighth-ranked UC Irvine past No. 14 Brown, 18-6, in the Bruno Fall Classic at Providence, R.I.
Kyle Trush scored three goals and Alan Robertson two as the 'Eaters improved to 5-0 on the season with the win at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center.
UCI scored the first nine goals of the game and posted a 10-2 lead at halftime.
Dylan Peterson played the first three quarters in goal and recorded 13 saves with Byron Rivers stopping four shots in the final period.
"This was a good start to the tournament and we were much quicker defensively than we were last weekend," UCI head coach Marc Hunt said.
"(Matt) Skinner and Trush had good efforts defensively with Peterson very solid in the cage. Lovre continues to put pressure on defenses 100 percent of the time he's in the game. Jacob had good output at 2 meters."
UCI faces No. 18 Harvard at 2:45 p.m. (PT) Saturday.
