UCI with 11 MPSF All-Academic Honorees

IRVINE, Calif. --- Eleven members of the UC Irvine women's indoor track and field team have been named 2014 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Academic Scholar-Athletes.
UCI's student-athletes earning the award are Itos Aikhionbare, Marie Brashears, Mary Follo, Lauren Hackney, Kaycee Holcomb, Katie Kass, Charity Lyons, Carlotta Pham, Marthie Ponty, Chelsea Schneider and Lily Trinh.
To be eligible for the award, student-athletes must maintain a minimum 3.0 grade-point average, be at least a sophomore academically, must have completed one full academic year at their institution, and competed in at least 50 percent of their institution's meets.
