IRVINE, Calif. ---The UC Irvine men's cross country team is back in action Saturday at the Highlander Invitational in Riverside.

The 6,000-meter race begins at 8:00 a.m. on the UCR Agricultural Operations Course. There is no admission charge.

UCI's Jake Williams finished 11th in the Division I portion of the Vanguard Invitational last Saturday with a time of 26:49.90 over 8,000 meters at Fairview Park in Costa Mesa.
