OLYMPIC EXPERIENCE
• Made the U.S. Olympic Team in 1980 but did not get a chance to compete due to the boycott

AT UC IRVINE
• Member of UCI's first swimming and water polo teams
• Helped the Anteaters set an NCAA record in the 400-free relay in 1966
• Graduated from UC Irvine in 1968
