He scored eight goals in the 2010 season....had the game-winning goal in an 8-7 win over UC San Diego (11/5/10)....scored three goals as a redshirt freshman in 2009....was South Coast League MVP as a senior at Dana Hills High School and was named second team All-CIF...his team won the school's first league championship in over 20 years...was first team all-league as a junior in 2007...was a member of the 400 freestyle relay that recorded an All-American swimming time...majoring in chemical engineering at UCI...was a UCI Scholar-Athlete in 2009-10 and again in 2011-12...has been named to the MPSF All-Academic team as well as earning an All-Academic award from the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches the past two years....parents are LeAnn and Robert Pfeil....has two brothers, including Larson, a freshman with the UCI water polo program.
