Big West Basketball Tournament Tickets

The 2025 Big West Basketball Championships will be hosted at Lee's Family Forum in Henderson, NV. Lee's Family Forum is an AXS venue, so all tickets will be managed via the AXS ticketing app. Read below for information on how to retrieve your tickets.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR BIG WEST TICKETS VIA AXS TICKETS

Ticket information will be sent via email
You will receive one email per ticket, per game
Follow the instructions to create an AXS Ticket Account
Download the AXS Ticketing App

THINGS TO KNOW

Screen shots of AXS Tickets will not work. You must use the App.
To send tickets to a friend you must use the AXS Ticket App Transfer function

You will be sent an email notification from AXS Tickets - "Tickets Just Got Sent To You"
Open the email to review the steps on how to access your tickets:

Get the AXS App- Apple Store | Google Play

Create an AXS Account (using the email address that received the notification) or login to your account.

Access your Tickets

Once logged into your account, simply navigate to your AXS Mobile ID for ticket access.

Please note that barcodes are re-generated every 60 seconds. Screenshots of your tickets are not permitted and will not work due to barcode regeneration. To send tickets to another user, use the "Transfer" functionality.
