• UC Irvine’s top finisher in three of his five meets as a true freshman
• Had a top-10 showing in his collegiate debut at the Anteater Opener 6K (19:07.4)
• Ran an 8K season-best 24:49.7 at the UCR Invitational
• Competed in his first career 10K at the NCAA West Regional (32:04.4)

High School
• Lettered in cross country and track at Beckman High School
• Earned all-league and all-state honors
• Named the 2021 Orange County Boys' Cross Country Athlete of the Year
• Went undefeated in four races during a shortened season that did not start until late January
• Took first at the Pacific Coast League Dual Meet with a three-mile lifetime-best 14:15.80
• Claimed the 2021 individual track & field league title in the 1600m
• Established personal-records of 4:11.32 in the 1600m and 8:56.34 in the 3200m as a senior
• His sub-nine time in the 3200m came in a top-eight finish at the prestigious Arcadia Invitational
