Women's Volleyball Announces 2026 Schedule

IRVINE, Calif. - UC Irvine women's volleyball has unveiled its 2026 schedule.
The Anteaters will host two exhibition matches at the Bren Events Center, starting on Aug. 15, when they welcome USC for a 12 p.m. showdown. Last year, the Trojans made their fourth-straight NCAA Tournament appearance and advanced to the second round. The 'Eaters are set to entertain Concordia a week later (Aug. 22).
UCI then hits the road, officially starting the campaign with three matches in Seattle. The Anteaters are slated to face Washington (Aug. 28), IU Indy (Aug. 29) and San Diego State (Aug. 30) at UW's Alaska Airlines Arena.
UC Irvine follows with a visit to the Central Valley for the Bulldog Invitational. The 'Eaters kick off the weekend against New Mexico State on Sept. 3. They will also take on Southern Utah (Sept. 4) and tournament host Fresno State (Sept. 5).
After two weeks on the road, the Anteaters return to the Bren Events Center for the UCI Invitational. Their first match will be against LMU at 6 p.m. on Sept. 11. UC Irvine is then set to host Utah Tech at 1 p.m. on Sept. 12, and San Jose State at 12 p.m. on Sept. 13.
The non-conference slate concludes with a trip to Las Vegas where the 'Eaters will square off against Southeastern Louisiana University (Sept. 18) and UNLV (Sept. 19).
UCI is scheduled to begin the Big West campaign at home, hosting Black & Blue Rival Long Beach State (Sept. 25) and Cal State Fullerton (Sept. 26). After traveling to UC Riverside on Oct. 2, the Anteaters will face the three newest members of the conference as they make their way back to the Inland Empire to take on California Baptist (Oct. 3) prior to entertaining Utah Valley (Oct. 9) and Sacramento State (Oct. 10).
The following week, the 'Eaters head to Cal State Bakersfield and CSUN, before a back-to-back series with UC San Diego where they travel to La Jolla on Oct. 23 and welcome the Tritons to Irvine on Oct. 24.
On Halloween weekend, UCI is set to host defending Big West champion Cal Poly (Oct. 30) and UC Santa Barbara (Oct. 31).

- The UCI Invitational is ticketed.
- Prices for the UCI Invitational are the same as regular season matches. Single match prices are $12 for adults and $8 for youth (ages 6-17). The group rate is $7 per ticket (minimum 15).
