Men's Golf Signs Anderson Lee

IRVINE, Calif. – UC Irvine men's golf has signed Anderson Lee for the 2026-27 season.

"Anderson has enjoyed a good junior career with success in both high school and national tournaments," UCI head coach Paul Smolinski said. "We look forward to him competing as an Anteater."

Lee is in his senior year at Coronado High School in Henderson, Nevada. He has led the Cougars to back-to-back NIAA 5A State Championships. Lee won the individual state title in 2024 and tied for seventh in 2025. This past season, Lee was named the 5A Player of the Year after claiming medalist honors at the Southern Region 5A Championship. Lee, who played 11 of his 18 rounds even or under par, was also named to the 2025 All-Southern Nevada First Team.

This summer on the junior circuit, Lee had a fifth-place finish at the Toyota Tour Cup at Spanish Hills and tied for 23rd at the 65th California State Junior Amateur. In 2024, he also tied for fifth at the AJGA's Jim Click Automotive/HSL Properties Championship in Tucson at 6-under 210 (72-71-67), and tied for third at the Toyota Tour Cup at Shadow Hills (68-71).
