RIVERSIDE, Calif. - UC Irvine women's track & field won two of the three events they competed in at the Chris Rinne Invitational Saturday at UC Riverside.

Kailah McKenzie claimed the long jump title with a personal-record 6.01 meters (19-8.75). She had an impressive series, surpassing 19 feet on five of her six attempts with her top mark coming on her final jump. McKenzie ranks fourth in program history.

Reyna Johnson made it a 1-2 finish for the Anteaters, securing runner-up honors with a leap of 5.97m (19-7).

Jazzmine Davis, who was competing in her first 400m hurdle race of the season, won the event in a personal-record 61.19. Â

Journee Harvey added a third-place showing in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.67 seconds.

UC Irvine returns to Anteater Stadium next weekend as it hosts the Steve Scott Invitational, April 26-27.
