WALNUT, Calif. - The UC Irvine women's track & field team had five student-athletes compete in the Mt. SAC Relays Friday at Hilmer Lodge Stadium.

Deandra Tyler took seventh in the shot put. She recorded her best mark of the afternoon on her second attempt where she hit 14.78 meters (48-6).

Reyna Johnson added a top-10 showing in the long jump as her leap of 5.94m (19-6) was ninth out of 39.

On the track,
Jazzmine Davis was the Anteaters' top finisher in the 100m hurdles, clocking in at 14.05 seconds.
Mia Marquez also finished with a time of 57.34 in her 400m season debut.

The 'Eaters will be back in action tomorrow afternoon at the Chris Rinne Invitational in Riverside.
