Jolie Robinson and
Jazzmine Davis sit among the top-five through the first four events of the UCR Spring Classic Multis heptathlon.

Robinson is third with 3,089 points, and is 154 points behind the leader, Jada Sims of UCLA (3,243). Davis is also fourth with 2,981 points, while senior
Chaselyn Amos is ninth (2,597) and senior
Laura Sangiacomo is 11th (2,490).

Robinson placed among the top-six in each of Thursday's events at the UC Riverside Track & Field Facility. She cleared a season-best 1.59 meters (5-2.5) to finish fifth in the high jump, while also matching her season best in a runner-up showing in the shot put at 11.64m (38-2.25). Robinson closed out the day with a personal-record 25.28 in the 200m. She started the meet by clocking in at 14.81 seconds in the 100m hurdles.

Davis was the runner-up in the 100H (14.14) and had the top 200m time of the afternoon, crossing the finish line in a lifetime-best 24.78. She added a PR 10.95m (35-11.25) in the shot put and reached 1.41m (4-7.5) in her first high jump competition of the outdoor season.

Amos set personal bests in the high jump (1.47m/4-9.75) and shot put (11.43m/37-6), and had a season-best 16.16 in the 100H.

Sangiacomo also notched personal records in the 100H (15.86), high jump (1.41m/4-7.5) and shot put (11.19m/36-8.5).
