>UC Irvine enters the week ranked 9th in the CWPA Preseason Poll

>The Anteaters are set to take on Westcliff at home before traveling to No. 10/10 UC Santa Barbara for a conference clash
>Westcliff played two games over the weekend falling to Orange Coast College (16-13) and UC San Diego (15-7)

>UC Irvine fell to both Long Beach State (10-9) and Princeton (11-9)
>Sophomore Luka Krstic scored six goals over the weekends along with tallying three steals
>Four of Krstic's goals came in the game against the Beach with three in the third quarter
>Tyler Padua poured in three goals on seven shots in two games with four steals
>Padua led the team in nine drawn exclusions where five of them were in the game against Princeton
>Junior Ethan Shipman also scored three goals over the weekend
>Shipman assisted on two goals and stole the ball once
>Stewart Campbell had one goal and three assists in two games
>Jack Stevens was a team leader in steals with six total
>Stevens also had one goal and two assists
>Garrett Selby started in the game against Long Beach State where he blocked 10 shots
>This was Selby's second double figure save game of his career
>Jacob Plye was in between the pipes against Princeton where he made four saves, assisted on a goal, and had two steals
